BY SENDING OVER PAYMENT YOU ARE AGREEING TO YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Booking Terms
- We require a non- refundable 50% deposit to secure your date at the time of booking. Without this we will be unable to secure your booking as this allows us to purchase all of the materials needed for your custom balloons. However bookings under the balance of £50, payments will be asked to be paid in full.
- In extreme circumstances, we can change your agreed booking to a different date, subject to availability.
- Remaining balance is to be paid no later than 48 hours prior to your collection date. We reserve the right to cancel if the final balance hasn’t been received within this time period.
Balloons
- We only use High quality, professional balloons. We will not use any other balloons other than our own for our designs.
- Designs and colour schemes are finalised at the time of booking. Each balloon is bespoke to our customers, we can amend the booking/ price to add or change items but are unable to begin again once your balloon has been created.
Self-Collections
- Collections must be made at the time and date given when booking. If you need to change your collection date/time please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you do not arrive at the arranged collection time we may need to rearrange your collection time slot.
- All balloons are inflated 48 hours prior to collection to spot check for faults. Whilst we take every precaution to ensure your balloons last throughout your event, once the balloons are in your possession they become your responsibility.
- When collecting your balloons it is important to not have any sharp object to hand or surrounding areas. Your car must be free from any sharp objects and out of reach from children. Please keep your hands free of keys as they cause your balloon to burst.
- On windy/rainy days Balloons must be transported to the car lightly with one hand on top of the balloon and underneath the hat box. We are more than happy to help you to your car with balloons if needed.
- Do not keep your balloons in the car over night. Temperatures can effect your balloons. Hot temperatures will expand balloons. Cold Temperatures will deflate balloons causing vinyl wording to crease and ribbons to become loose. Balloons thrive at room temperature so it’s best to get them indoors as soon as possible.
- Balloons are a chocking hazard. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Each balloon will come with aftercare instructions. It is your responsibility to read and care for your balloons to ensure maximum longevity.
- In the event of your balloon bursting after collection and is not due to mishandling with 1 hour we can offer a replacement or refund. Your balloon must be brought back within this time period to check for any faults. If we can see that your balloon has been mishandled no exchange/ refund will be given.
Local Delivery
- A delivery date and time will be confirmed at the time of booking. If no one is home when we deliver your balloon you will be charged for a re delivery attempt unless an alternative collection is made from our home address.
- All balloons are inflated 48 hours prior to collection to spot check for faults. Whilst we take every precaution to ensure your balloons last throughout your event, once the balloons are in your possession they become your responsibility.
- We always aim for a timely delivery, however please note that delivery the delivery time may vary from 30 minutes before or after your delivery time due to unforeseen weather and road traffic conditions.
- Please handle balloons with care. Avoid direct sunlight, sharp objects.
- If the temperature is to hot your balloons will expand and to cold will cause your balloon to deflate. This can cause vinyl wording to crease and loose ribbons around your balloons. Do not keep your balloons outside, in conservatories or near windows. Room temperature is best.

- Aftercare instruction are available on Belle Bespoke’s Instagram page, under the ‘aftercare’ highlight. It is your responsibility to read and care for your balloons to ensure maximum longevity.
- In the event of your balloon bursting we must be informed within 1 hour after delivery. We will ask for video proof/ photos of your deflated balloon. If we are satisfied that your balloon has not been mishandled we can offer a replacement or refund.
UK Mainland Delivery
- All balloons are inflated 48 hours prior to collection to spot check for faults. Whilst we take every precaution to ensure your balloons last throughout your event, once the balloons are in your possession they become your responsibility.
- Once your order has been spot checked, we carefully package balloons in layers of bubble wrap and placed inside of a double walled cardboard box. This ensures safe arrival of all balloons.
- Do not open your parcel with scissors or sharp object as this can cause your balloon to burst.
- If clothing or baby items are placed inside of balloons we will need to add fishing wire/ 260 balloons to your items to secure them. Without securing your items inside may result in balloons bursting and items becoming loose.
- Our balloons are fully tracked with DHL next day tracked delivery. Whilst we take every precaution to get your balloons with you for your specific date we cannot control if your parcel is late.
- If your parcel becomes lost during shipping and have confirmation from DHL we can offer a replacement or refund.
- In the event your balloon becomes damaged during shipping we will ask for your parcel to be sent back to check for faults. We will cover the shipping costs and ask for a photo copy proof of shipping receipt. If we are satisfied that no mishandling of balloons has occurred we can offer a replacement balloon or refund.
